Job title: Senior Director, Fellow, Antibody Discovery and Protein Engineering (ADPE)
Following a PhD in Immunology from the University of Durham in 1999, Ralph has been working in Antibody Discovery and Protein Engineering (ADPE) at AstraZeneca, developing candidate therapies in the areas of oncology, autoimmune disease, asthma and infection. Several of these candidate drug molecules are now progressing in the clinic. As Senior Director, Fellow at MedImmune, Ralph actively pursues novel scientific and collaborative opportunities within the biologics field and publishes in diverse areas such as phenotypic drug discovery, protein engineering and drug delivery. His current focus is on the delivery of biological macromolecules into cells.
